StructMetric is a brand of GPS Ventures LLC. This policy applies to every StructMetric subscription and is the same one stated in the Terms and Conditions.
1. 7-Day Guarantee on Your First Purchase
If this is your first StructMetric purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment, with no need to give a reason.
The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first payment of the first subscription (monthly or 3 months).
2. Renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same amount and period until you cancel them
- Renewals already charged are non-refundable
- You can cancel at any time: you keep access until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made
3. How to Request a Refund
- Write to contact@structmetric.com from the email you used to purchase, within the 7 days
- Say that you are requesting the refund of your first purchase
The refund goes back to the same payment method and we confirm it by email; the time it takes to show depends on your bank or the payment processor. Once refunded, the subscription and access are cancelled.
