1. Who Provides the Service

StructMetric is a brand of GPS Ventures LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. GPS Ventures LLC owns the structmetric.com website, is the seller of the subscriptions and is responsible for providing the service. In these Terms, "StructMetric", "we" and "the company" refer to GPS Ventures LLC.

2. Service Description

StructMetric is a digital platform that provides financial market analysis tools, data-driven indicators and educational content related to trading.

We do not offer: trading signals, investment recommendations or personalized financial advice.

3. Use of Service

• Use the service for legal purposes only
• Do not redistribute, resell or share content without authorization
• Do not attempt to breach the security of the system

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these conditions.

4. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

• Before paying you see the amount and the billing frequency: monthly or, for Core 3 months, one payment every 3 months
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same amount and period until you cancel them
• Payments are processed by external payment processors; the processor's name may appear on your receipt or card statement
• The price of an active subscription does not change while it remains active; the price of new subscriptions may change
• Your card details are handled directly by the payment processor, which is PCI DSS certified; StructMetric never sees or stores them

6. Service Delivery

The service is digital: nothing is shipped. Once payment is confirmed you immediately receive, by email, access to the web platform and the instructions to install the tools on your platforms. If you did not receive access, write to us at contact@structmetric.com and we will sort it out.

7. Refunds

If this is your first StructMetric purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment. Renewals are non-refundable. The full conditions are in the Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the management link you receive by email, or by writing to us at contact@structmetric.com. You keep access until the end of the period already paid and no further charges are made. Except for the 7-day guarantee on the first purchase, cancellation does not imply a refund of periods already paid.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content —including indicators, charts, code and educational material— is the property of GPS Ventures LLC. Copying, distribution or commercial use without authorization is prohibited.

We are not responsible for financial losses, decisions made based on the content, or errors, interruptions or system failures. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

13. Legal and Export Restrictions

GPS Ventures LLC is a United States company and complies with U.S. sanctions and export control laws. The service is not available to persons or entities located in countries or regions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or to anyone on OFAC's sanctioned persons lists. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the service is lawful in your country.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
