Clear answers about requirements, support, usage and the scope of the suite.

What do I need to use StructMetric?

Every plan includes the web platform and tools for NinjaTrader 8. The indicators require NinjaTrader 8 on Windows; the web platform requires a compatible browser.

Does it work with NinjaTrader 8?

Yes. Core Pack and Pro Pack include tools for NinjaTrader 8 and access to the StructMetric web platform.

Do I need market data?

You do not need to purchase additional data for the web platform: everything is included. To use the tools inside NinjaTrader, you need a futures data provider such as Rithmic, CQG or Tradovate.

Is installation support included?

Yes. Core Pack and Pro Pack include support to prepare web access and, if you use it, install and activate the NinjaTrader 8 tools.

Is this a signal service?

No. StructMetric provides analysis tools, market context, levels, liquidity, structure and risk. It does not provide buy or sell signals.

Can I cancel the subscription?

Yes. The subscription is monthly and can be cancelled anytime through the corresponding management flow.

Which markets can I analyze?

Core Pack and Pro Pack include NQ, ES, GC and YM, together with their MNQ, MES, MGC and MYM micro contracts.

How do I receive updates?

Included updates are communicated through support channels and delivered to active subscribers.
