Which markets does the GEX platform cover?
The NQ, ES, GC, YM and Russell (RTY) futures with their micros, the SPX, NDX and RUT indexes, the VIX and 54 stocks and ETFs, including NVDA, TSLA, AAPL, MSFT, AMZN, META, SPY and QQQ. Everything is included in Core and Pro at no extra cost. Stocks, the VIX and the indexes are shown on the web platform and on TradingView; on NinjaTrader 8 the futures levels are drawn.
Do stocks and the VIX cost extra?
No. They are part of the Core and Pro subscription, at the same price as always. Pick the instrument in the panel and see its GEX map, Zero Gamma, GamaFlow and Net GEX just like with futures.
What is the difference between Essential, Core and Pro?
Essential is the eight NinjaTrader 8 tools, with no GEX data. Core adds the web platform with futures, VIX, indexes and stocks, plus the levels on NinjaTrader 8 and TradingView. Pro adds the Greeks by strike (Gamma, Delta, Vanna and Charm) to read what the exposure is made of.
Do I need market data?
To use the tools inside NinjaTrader you need a futures data provider such as Rithmic, CQG or Tradovate. GEX data for the web platform, including stocks and the VIX, comes with the subscription.
Does it work on TradingView?
Yes. StructMetric draws levels and panels on your TradingView Desktop (Windows) chart, with automatic updates during the session.
Does it work on TradingView web or mobile?
Not today: only on TradingView Desktop for Windows. macOS is on the way.
Can I use NinjaTrader and TradingView with the same license?
Yes. It is a single key for up to two computers. If you run NinjaTrader and TradingView on the same PC, they take up a single seat.
Which plan do I need for TradingView?
Core or Pro. Essential only includes the NinjaTrader 8 tools.
Is this a signal service?
No. StructMetric provides analysis tools, market context, levels, liquidity, structure and risk. It does not provide buy or sell signals.
Does it work if I trade for a prop firm?
Yes. The tools are NinjaTrader 8 indicators and work on any account you trade from that platform, including compatible prop-firm accounts. The GEX web analysis platform is independent from your broker or funded account.
How long does activation take?
Once payment is confirmed you receive your web access and the NinjaTrader 8 installation instructions by email, with support included to get it running. It is a monthly subscription and you can cancel anytime. If something does not arrive or you have questions, write to us on Telegram or WhatsApp and we will sort it out.
